To work as unto the Lord with the highest degree of professionalism, productivity and skill.

“Do you see people skilled in their work? They will work for kings, not for ordinary people.” (Proverbs 22:29)

To love, encourage and correct people as we do the work of the ministry, each taking responsibility for decisions and actions that impact the ministry. 

“So in Christ we who are many form one body and each member belongs to all the others.” (Romans 12:5)

To bountifully share our time, talents, relationships, and financial resources for the work of the ministry and with the poor and disenfranchised.

To be intentional and responsible for modeling, teaching, and passing on the knowledge, skills and opportunities we have to someone else.
